your timeline is actually chaotic.
The first dynasty that is proved to exist is Xia(夏), 2100 bc - 1600bc. The next one is Shang(商). Then Zhou(周), which is the first one in your video.
Han (汉) dynasty lasted for about 400 years, from around 200 bc to around 200 ce. The emperors of Han had last name of Liu(刘). Right in the middle of rule of Han, there's short dynasty named Xinchao(新朝), ruled by a emperor name Mang Wang(王莽，yeah this guy with a last name of Wang stole the throne). Han before Xinchao is called West Han(西汉), and after that it is called East Han(东汉).
The end of Qing Dynasty started from Xinhai Revolution, which was led by Sun Yat-sen(孙文，孙中山). He created Republic of China with a national flag in 5 colors. Yeah, some LGBT supporters exhibit this flag in their processions.
When Japan first invaded Manchuria or the northeast region of China, the region was under control of a warlord called Fengxi. It nominally belonged to Republic of China. But Chiang Kai Shek, as the leader of ROC, ordered not to resist the Japanese, because he was busy to wipe out the Red Army of Chinese Workers and Peasants. After several protests and uprisings, Chiang Kai Shek finally determined to fight the Japanese. The all-out second sino-japanese war started on July 7, 1937, with both the effort of KMT army on the frontline, and CCP army behind the enemy line.
For the issue of Taiwan, there are many perspectives on this problem. Personally, I think the civil war has not ended yet, so Taiwan and mainland are a same country with different governments. The result of the civil war will determine if there's really only one china.

這個，補充一下，918時蔣介石確實有下不抵抗命令，但隨著日軍佔領遼寧往黑龍江進攻時，蔣介石這時有命令在錦州的張學良帶著東北軍殺回去，結果張學良抗命連夜放棄錦州與熱河逃回關內，因此我不認為導致東北徹底淪陷的責任完全是蔣介石的

Thanks for the effort, but I do think checking accuracy before publishing is good for professionalism.
Some errors are quite misleading. For example, the Han Dynasty is contemporary to the Roman Empire, they ruled over roughly the same amount of land, population but had drastic differences. But in this video, Han is shown to be several centuries too late, which is like putting Roman Empire in Medieval Age.

There are many mistakes...trade with the Middle East started during the Han Dynasty, not the Zhou Dynasty, and the Tang Dynasty was mixed with the Han Dynasty, resulting in a serious error in the timeline. Xinjiang was a vassal of China during the Han Dynasty, and directly administered Xinjiang during the Tang Dynasty. There was also a famous war at that time. A war broke out between the Tang Dynasty army stationed in Xinjiang and the Arab Dynasty. Also Macau was colonized during the Qing Dynasty, not the Ming Dynasty

A few corrections:
First there were 2 dynasties before Zhou (周) which are Xia and Shang, even though their existence is not proven, but most chinese historical stuff includes them, and also before Xia was the period of the 三皇五帝 (idk how to translate but it literally means 3 emperors and 5 kings which isn't quite the case) which is probably mythical but it would be best to include it as chinese history did not just pop out of Zhou.
Then, after Wei Jin (魏晋) has unified china after the 3 kingdom period, there was a bunch of shit going on but maybe you mistaken the Liu Song (刘宋) from the 六朝 period with the Song Dynasty (宋) after the Tang dynasty because you skipped Tang entirely and I didn't really see 宋齐梁陈, 南北朝, 隋 and 五代十国 which are all pretty important for chinese history.
At the time of the Mongol conquest, china also included 2 other entities other than Song, which are the Manchu's Jin (金) and Khitan/Liao (辽), which was pretty much fighting the Song when they all got conquered.
The fall of Qing rlly confused me cuz historically, Qing did not become Manchukuo (Japanese puppet) and retreat to Manchuria when KMT just pops out, the Xinhai revolution is how Qing collapsed and became the republic of China (the flag was a 5 color strip representing the 5 ethnicities living in china) which was controlled by the Beiyang government, this period was also refered to the warlord period (not to be confused with the ancient warlord period after Zhou (春秋战国)). this period ended when the Japanese invaded china in 1937 and most of china united as "the united chinese front".
Also the communist china (CCP) did not replace manchukuo like how Weimar Republic replaced the German Empire, Manchuria was under communist control but the CCP did not come out of Manchuria.
