Sorry for missing the previous videos matey, was in Germany visiting friends but i'm back now and are currently catching up on the videos i've missed. great video, lovely simplified and short explanations, very good for people new to radio talk. Keep up the fantastic work mate, going to watch the previous video now.
Excellent. Even the music was unobtrusive and had lots of variety. Just to clarify - 'cleared for immediate takeoff' isn't so much an urgency concept. If the a/c is on the taxiway and you give them 'cleared for immediate takeoff' they will roll onto the runway and pretty much roll into takeoff mode; 'cleared for takeoff' under the same circumstances they will roll onto the runway, noticeably pause, and then roll for takeoff. I believe it's mostly a courtesy to the pilot to help get them on their way by using the 'immediate' option, if that works for you. If you're having to urge them on to immediately take off with speed - not good. Your example with 'line up and wait' was well chosen. From there you can go to 'cleared for takeoff' when you see fit.
Can you play this game without voice recognition? i also don't enjoy typing commands into a box. Would i be able to click on a plane and assign a command from a drop down menu ?
You mention vectoring. What is that about? Also, when I send a plane to departure at takeoff if I use the frequency or say good morning, evening day it will say negative but if I say only contact departure it goes just fine
So vectoring is the process of me giving instructions for turning an aircraft, usually done to get them on the final approach course or after a missed approached.
Bro i was watching the video and expected a big channel, only to regocnize you are only at 800 Subs. Amazing quality. Keep going. Very well explained.
Agree ;)

Great video! Just a heads up, we say METAR as "mee-tar"
Wow, I sound dumb. Thank you for the information!
Interesting. I'm up in Canada and I've only ever heard people up here say it like he said it, never "mee-tar". Maybe that's a US/Can difference.
@@meredithmoore6884 I live right on the border of Michigan and Canada so I guess I can say both 🤷♂️
thanks for the tutorial but you forgot to teach how to operate that strip monitor

Do you think it will run on a 8gb ram laptop ? the minimum says 16gb ram which seems quite high for such a game.
Does Tower 3 runs on WD11?
Is this voice recognition only?
No, you have option type your commands or click on the aircraft command box.
