  • It tastes better with a small difference in order. A savory and delicious stir-fried pork and kimchi recipe.
    Ingredients
    450g of pork belly
    400g of kimchi
    1/3 onion
    1/2 green onion
    Two hot peppers
    2.5 tablespoons of red pepper powder
    1 tablespoon of minced garlic
    1 tablespoon of soy sauce
    1 tablespoon of Cheongju (soju or wine)
    1/2 tablespoon of oligosaccharide
    2 tablespoons of cooking wine
    1 tablespoon of sugar
    1.5 tablespoons of sesame oil
    Pepper

      1큰술 =15ml
      밥숟가락= 10~12ml
