I think it was Fred Astaire who insisted that the full bodies of dancers be shown in each frame rather than just hands or faces. As fine as the hands and faces are here, this video would certainly have profited from that rule.

The tempo of the dances from this suite is too slow, so especially the bourrée and passepied loose totally their character, in the inicial courante we see nothing of the footwork and it doesn´t have the majestic flow of the "mouvement"...also if you have a white wig you have to be shaven or you are out of style completely...

Less fingerwork and a faster performance of the bourrée and passepied would have done the trick

I am really sorry, but this is a rather fiddling kind of dancing... I am d'accord with helena: no tempo, no right movement, no expression and the movements of the arms and hands very inaccurate. what a pitty!
Danseur pas très bandant, bon, je veux bien, à chacun son gout.
Personnellement c''est la danseuse qui m'éblouit, ciel qu'elle est belle!!!
Un dommage: images floues, une maladie très répandue, sous exposées.
Si on veut capturer une image, par exemple pour moi la danseuse, Photoshop remets le train sur les rails...

Pas très bandant, mais bon, un homme même au 17 ème siècle est un peu plus fade que la femme, une beauté.
Mode féminine actuelle: catastrophe culturelle. Nostre belle culture piétinée étouffée par une culture hollywoodienne importée, imposée, vulgaire et criarde.
Les hommes de ce temps étaient, dans leur milieu aristocratique, des virtuoses en danse. La femme n'avait qu'un rôle secondaire et assez pâle.
