Back in the day when i played mkwii and saw how rosalina was put into the heavy group i thought she was evil because all the other evil characters (bowser, king boo, wario, and somehow i thought dk was evil) were heavy too :')

Wait MKDS was released in 2005 but SMG and SMG2 were released in 2007 and 2010 so is Rosalina a custom character ? Also you see toad is impossible to play

Rosalina being a heavy weight is good for speed but if you get hit it will take a while to get back up to speed from the poor acceleration
Light weights have the opposite, they are generally slow but recover from hits very quickly

Rosalina never existed in any of the earlier MKDS builds. What you see here is a character hack/mod.
Rosalina's first appearance is 2007 (Super Mario Galaxy), but Mario Kart DS was released in 2005, so it's impossible for her to appear in MKDS.
