Hello, you once said that every one of two years you fully reset your Mac to keep ti fast, a tutorial on that would help and it would be very popular. Thanks
Parallels is no longer an option for those of us who want to fight against ridiculous garbage, because they've gone the route of aaS (SaaS, but the S is silent to show what it really is). I'm not paying $100 for software. I WANT TO OWN MY SOFTWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!! and people need to wake up and stop paying monthly for shit.. OWN not RENT. And just as a pre-filter any comments like "You don't own software, you license it" will be seen similarly to people who aided the nazis in what they did. So just keep it to yourself. This is a conversation between people who want good things and not want to be an apologist for greed and bad service. Adobe is a perfect example of this. Early termination fees, gargantuan costs, etc. No thanks.. I will buy VIP tickets to Adobe's funeral to cheer on their death.
@@CreatedTechNewer games aren't playable in Parallels because Parallels doesn't support Direct3D 12 which most games released in the handful of years use.
Love my bootcamped i9 9980HK and 5600m 64GB RAM MacBook Pro. Running win 11 pro and it works great. Running a llano V12 cooler when gaming on it and it’s pretty darn impressive for what it is and its age. It’s by no means my 240hz/13900HX/4080 acer predator and my predator is by no means my 13900KS/4090/64GB massively overclocked desktop on OLED, but if you ever expect a laptop to game anywhere remotely as good as a desktop, that’s your first main opportunity 😂.. my predator’s GPU performance is almost identical to my old desktop 3080Ti FTW3(at stock). My 5600m MacBook Pro on win 11 is about 3-5% better than mobile 1080m and non mobile 2060(with the V12 cooler running at minimum settings). It very substantially outperforms my msi stealth with i7 8750H, 1070Max Q, and 32GB Ram. Best scores with cooling/power limit/voltage tweaking: Hitting a hair over 7000 in time spy on MacBook Pro bootcamp. A hair over 20,000 on my predator, a hair over 37,000 on my 13900KS/4090 OC for comparisons. (There are also registry fixes to bypass all the driver compatibility requirements for the MBPro as well on the Radeon drivers so all games I’ve played run great(I’ve tried forza horizon 5, battlefield, etc games that people were having driver issues with and they work great). Only thing I would say has become a small opportunity with the MacBook is the panel.. response time is poor and I’m so acclimated with 120-240hz minimum Gsync/freesync panels now(AND on OLED which provides by far the best current gaming experience bc of the infinite contrast ratios and literally zero ghosting, it’s semi-difficult to deal with 60hz and the ghosting sometimes, but I also remember when 30hz was the best thing ever created.. 😂. MacBook looks great on a dell 27” 1440p 165hz mini LED panel I have though, but that’s obviously not the best workaround considering portability. People are still buying intel based macs and if you know about tech and how to properly configure tech, they are still very powerful machines. There isn’t a computer on earth that will perform at max efficiency and max power out of the box. I’ve owned and built 100’s of computers in my lifetime and there’s never been a single 1. And the final topic: The 5600m mbp is also not loud at all considering the fans.. the HBM2 running at 50w TDP is amazing tech for a dedicated GPU in 2019. It demolishes the 5500m model with the GDDR6(I had this one too) and it runs way quieter and cooler without the llano. If you want to save a ton of money, get you a 5600m MBP. They are running in pristine condition for around 900-1100 bucks on eBay right now with 2TB NVME, and 32-64GB of DDR4 in December 2024. Pop that puppy open and put some thermal grizzly kryonaut on the CPU and GPU when you get it too, and those Die temps drop even more. It’s extremely easy to access the chips in the intel models. They also don’t throttle at all after hours of gaming if you know what you are doing from the get.
Can you install Windows 10 instead of 11? I've heard people say GTA V isn't compatible with Windows 11. I do a lot of gaming (GTA V and American Truck Simulator are the games I play the most) and this is a big deal for me.
Microsoft and Qualcomm have an exclusivity deal that limits Windows on ARM to Qualcomm SoC's only. This deal is reported to have expired, but I have not seen anything that states otherwise
What’s the optimal cpu and ram allocation to windows11 vm, which doesn’t affect the performance of Mac? I’m planning to buy the new M4 pro MacBook. Am considering between the base model with 12 CPU and 16 GPU vs upgrade the processors to 14 CPU and 20 GPU
I am using parralel on an M4 Max macbook pro 14" (14 CPU/32GPU/36RAm/1Tb HDD) and any games i throw at it can be played on High or Ultra. For example : Starcraft 2 Desert Strike 3v3 = 180 fps constant. Only laggy during round 38 when 1000 units fighting each other😂. Zombie mode on BO Cod : Kino Der Toten 200 fps, Moon 130 fps everything on ultra. And this is using virtualization of windows ! 😮
How? Not a single Game is running on my M4 Max 16‘‘ (16 CPU/ 40 GPU/ 128 RAM/ 2 TB) with Parallels 😅 I always get the ARM 64 Error that the hardware is not compatible.
Any chance of getting a standard 19 vs 20 performance comparison, I have 19, but is there really a performance boost with 20? I'm already using 19 on a m2 max macbook pro, I don't need to play games
hey buddy, about Excel, I want to ask about the alt key as all shortcuts are connected with it does it work, as you said, excel runs in the environment of Mac but actually runs on Mac here, I want to know if the excel application already downloaded on mac before downloading on windows I am bit confused, please help me out
Sure is, gotta pay the running costs of this channel somehow. But I’ve been using Parallels since 2020, they reached out to me to make this video for them.
What makes me wonder is that some people go for weak Mac and leave the great Windows😅 If you want a console and games, head to the giant Windows. It will give you much better performance than the console. If you want editing, graphics, smoothness, and getting work done quickly, head to the giant Windows.❤

This is a very calm video. I watched it and my brain just relaxed. 😂

I’ve just decided to get a gaming laptop. For $1000, I can get a Lenovo slim 16” and play all my saved games on my Xbox account and Steam.
AC: Black Flag on Mac?? never thought I'd see the day
I'm fairly certain a lot of the newer ones work perfectly too, but I didn't want to spend $200 on Steam to buy and test them 😂
@@CreatedTech imo I think you picked the best one anyway lol

Is it possible to buy a licence of Parallels or can I only rent it and loose access to my Windows installation when I stop paying the montly fee?
