Pilots discuss rescues during Baton Rouge flood

Lt.j.g. Simon Gottenberg and Lt. Mike Hennebery, both pilots at Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans, shares their personal accounts from rescues conducted during the Baton Rouge, Louisiana, flood. Coast Guard aircrews continue to assist as requested by local authorities. To date Coast Guard aircrews have rescued 192 people from rooftops, automobiles and trailers and assisted 2,882 others.
