She sounds like a grief stricken messenger giving the update across time to those who remain.
Exactly. There's something in my eye...
The princess of darkness at her best
Love this so much, I didn't initially get Let England Shake, nor the way she sang it. But within a year I was captivated, her voice has a sort of timeless quality. A haunting beautiful album that I get something new from with each listen.
I've never known a song conjure such imagery. I'm actually crying.
such a beautiful soul. seeing her play live has been a gut-wrenching joy each time.
She's AWESOME ❤️
This song breaks my heart
This artist just makes my days better overall
I can't leave my headphones with this
🎯👍
A beautiful dark fairy songstress.
"Let England Shake" is a powerful album. But for anyone who served in any nation's military, this song reaches into something lodged in the dark recesses of the soul. The glory and tragedy are intertwined like the vines and grasses covering the graves and quiet places haunted by those who fell.
The Big Witch of Albion xxxx
