Isn't it odd that this property hasn't gone up on a tax auction after 12+ years. It looks like it was nice when someone was in it. Isn't it odd how a house is like a person. When a house has no love within it's four walls, it begins to wither and die, or go back to nature. It even looks lonesome. 😢 Sometimes, all it takes is a little love to bring a house back to life and become a home again.❤😊

That's what I've been wondering. Wouldn't it have 12 years of property taxes due? The back patio door glass is broken. I'm surprised squatters aren't living there. Lots of unanswered questions.

Hello blessing boys. My name is Lori. I’m from Hamilton Ontario Canada. I’ve been watching these videos on TH-cam of you, your boys and other grass cutters. I absolutely love what your doing! I am 55 years old. Currently on CPP disability and have had over 30 surgeries and procedures so health issues BUT gardening is something I enjoy besides baking/cooking. I’ve tried several times to get a job as costs are insane. Every time I watch these shows, I get really excited. This is something I can do!! Now in Canada we only have grass throughout spring summer and some fall. But I thought in winter months, I could travel south and maybe help you guys out.
So my questions are where do you get all the equipment from, what is all the equipment you need to have, how are you recording everything is it just with your phone? Please I’m reaching out to get some help so I can start a lawn care/gardening business on my own. How much money do I need to start with? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m excited as this is something I can do to help provide for my family in these insane times. I just need a little help. God bless you all! Again any help would be so deeply appreciated with all my heart!

You have brought up an interesting topic with the Yellowjackets. Would they be hibernating in fall/winter? Can known areas be circled with something as orange paint? Would winter be a time to work on an infested place? Can you post a Yellowjacket warning for the property? Glad you were able to cut out the Ailanthus tree invasion and remove vines starting to do home destruction. Humor, finally a use for the robot lawn mowers..... Nice work done all. Excellent Before and After photos. Good cheer for the area.

This looks like a pretty nice house with a large lawn area for kids and dogs if fenced in. Sorry to see it sit vacant. Good work on the cleanup.

Hey Kevin, my wife has fallen in love with lawn care videos, she likes yours the best I think. We watched you clean the house and cemetery in North Carolina. It was cool how your mower chewed up the kuzu and tree's.

Good call! Protect yourself. It's such a shame as it's a beautiful red brick home too. You truly improved it!!

That house must have been the pride & joy of the deceased man - I sure he looked down & smiled that people were taking care of it. Great Job! I'm not sure why but wasps & bees really love warm cars - I'm not sure you'll get near it without bee-keepers gear.

WOW THAT IS AWESOME!!! You all did an AMAZING JOB!!! My dad ran over a nest in his yard and got stung too!! FYI: The smell of peppermint is a yellow jacket repellant. Combine a few drops of pure peppermint oil, a few tablespoons of dish soap and warm water in a spray bottle. Locate any active wasp nests and carefully spray the concoction around the entrance. Maybe you can have some on hand when you do the business next door just in case!!

I, in my younger days, was out mowing my lawn in shorts, a bathing suit top, & flip flops, just like I did every week, & maybe even more often. I had 2 young children & it was my sun time. I got down toward the front edge of the front yard, about 10 ft from the street, & stepped on a sticker. Then another sticker. Then a swarm of stickers, which turned out to be mud dobbers AND ground bees (yellow jackets). 17 stings & an ER visit later, never mowed without proper gear again! Such a pleasure to watch your hardworking boys growing up! Well done Dad!
