Sir the definition of Public Administration i.e., "Public Administration is detailed & systematic execution of law. Every particular application of law is an act of administration". This definition is Given by Woodrow Wilson not by L. D White. I am begging this because it's hard to find notes and books on Paper 1 ( Part A ) in market at par with UPSC PSIR syllabus . In addition to that it's very tough to find a great teacher like you . I beg to you to please consider my request and prepare a course on Part 1 ( Part A ) of PSIR i.e, Political theory and Indian Politics .

Unfortunately, no one book is good enough to help sail you through to the syllabus. This is why I try to do a mini research to customize the content of the video to requirements of exams.
Trying to bring out an exam guide before the semester exam. Wait.
