This is just my theory but a lot of these facts are true in the series. So Jade at the beginning of the series was envious of Tori. She liked her a lot more as she grew to know her, even let Tori hug her which if anyone else dared to do it she would tell them not to touch her or scowl . Furthermore she admired secretly how caring Tori was- Jade also admired that they were both on the same wave-length and she had met her match. Tori always stood up for herself when Jade spat at her. They had sexual tension you could cut with Jades scissors which I believe were a metaphor for many things including hints that Jade maybe bisexual. Sikowitz wanted them to “Date”. They were always a married couple in their plays. (Remind you of Sam and Freddie in Icarly by any chance being wife and husband in their acts). Obviously this was a kids show but it was also a young adult show. There would have to be themes of deeper meaning. Not just singing and dancing. I think the only reason they were not made a couple was because of the backlash of two girls being together even though there would be many supportive fans and I mean ‘many’ but Nickelodeon wouldn’t take the risk. The crush on the show is still very real though and it wouldn’t have been unintentional.

i read in some web page something about this, in that web page they were like analysing some nickelodeon characters (jade, sam and helga) and why they were so popular, one of the points that they were analysing was the ships, and in some point it was said that if jade was a male then jori ship would be more popular because of the billigerent sexual tension (it was even said that in the case of beck having the same personality that jade has, in that case bori would be more popular because it would be consider billigerent sexual tension) but like they both are female it wasn't consider. i would love to see them as a couple

This is just my theory but a lot of these facts are true in the series. So Jade at the beginning of the series was envious of Tori. She liked her a lot more as she grew to know her, even let Tori hug her which if anyone else dared to do it she would tell them not to touch her or scowl . Furthermore she admired secretly how caring Tori was- Jade also admired that they were both on the same wave-length and she had met her match. Tori always stood up for herself when Jade spat at her. They had sexual tension you could cut with Jades scissors which I believe were a metaphor for many things including hints that Jade maybe bisexual. Sikowitz wanted them to “Date”. They were always a married couple in their plays. (Remind you of Sam and Freddie in Icarly by any chance being wife and husband in their acts). Obviously this was a kids show but it was also a young adult show. There would have to be themes of deeper meaning. Not just singing and dancing. I think the only reason they were not made a couple was because of the backlash of two girls being together even though there would be many supportive fans and I mean ‘many’ but Nickelodeon wouldn’t take the risk. The crush on the show is still very real though and it wouldn’t have been unintentional.
