About to use one just like it right now, but please don't what they did in the video. Pour the dirty water in the toilet not the kitchen sink.
Game changer. Adult Level 5 unlocked: I get excited about new mop technology. Jokes aside this thing is great for my 1500sqft house (all wood floors). Much larger and you'll be refilling the clean resvoir.

To those worried about mold, I rinse mine with a tiny bit of bleach water occasionally to keep the blue reservoir fresh. If you mop at least once a week it won’t be an issue

I just finished cleaning my kitchen tile floor with my new O Cedar bucket. Cleaning tile floors is very cumbersome. I like the spinning feature because it is easier on my lower back. The floor cleans up very quickly. I wish I have know about this sooner.

I am actually excited about this mop!! I love that it has a separate compartment for clean vs dirty water. I have struggled finding a compact bucket that is not commercial sized. I am going to buy one today.

I have the old mop, I would have loved a longer mop stick.
Sorry for the difficulties with your EasyWring Spin Mop handle and thanks for reaching out! There is a second gray section of the mop that is not extended out currently. The end of this section that you can grab to unlock and extend is that threaded, gray connector piece that twists into the red, triangular base and past the two rings that look like a collar. With the entire mop extended it should be around 48 inches. The link below is a video and at the 16 second point of the video, the actor unlocks that second gray section I am referring to. Sometimes it helps to remove the base first to get a better grip on the last section. Please let us know if this helps!

I noticed that the inner bucket (blue) never gets dry after using the bucket. I’m worried about mold growing in there. Any advice?

We recommend rinsing as much leftover cleaning solution out with water as possible and leaving the blue fill cap and red flow valve open to air dry. What is the best cleaning liquid to use that doesn't leave floor sticky. I just bought one and I love it!

I take it the blue cover does not come off. I would like it to air dry it better so mold doesn’t eventually grow in it.

Question - Once I've done some mopping, I rinse the mop in the clean water and then wring it out for more mopping. How do I keep the clean water clean if I'm rinsing a dirty mop in it? I'm thinking I must be doing something wrong. Anyone have suggestions?
The clean water tank has a valve to only allow just the amount you need for each section. So that you can keep the water tank filled with fresh water throughout the cleaning process.
@@ocedar same question. So you saturate the mop, wring out all the water. Then mop then what? Does it go into the clean water? At some point a dirty mop has to go into that clean water.
Is there a trick to getting the blue lid off from the bucket off to clean/let bucket air dry 🥴 I saw that it is removable to clean the bucket, but is mine just really on there good 😅
The top for the blue section of the RinseClean is not removable.
@@ocedar you should make it removable! Mine gets mold inside from the leftover water that gets stuck and it's impossible to get out. I tried to rinse it off with hot water AND I keep turning the bucket all the way but still some water is left behind. The whole concept of the separate bucket is good, but I highly suggest you change this
Hi, my mop handle goes to 48" but it's still too short. Do you offer a longer handle?
The handle should extend out to 51 inches please watch the product guide video to learn more about how to extend your handle. Let us know if this helps. 😊

I bought the blue and white replacement head for my old mop and didn’t know this mop head doesn’t fit. It only fits the new ones? I guess I can only use the white mop heads. 😫

Where does the liquid floor cleaner go? In the reservoir or directly in the bucket?

I’ve been suggested to add a little vinegar to the water. Do I add that in when I’m filling up with fresh water? And how do I tell how much water needs to go in? The top doesn’t come off.

We recommend adding your preferred cleaning solution to the clean water tank. A full clean water tank holds a volume of 1.6 Gallons or 6 liters of water.

Can the blue top come off the bucket to clean inside it?
The blue insert is removable from the bottom bucket to allow for emptying and cleaning!

How do I wring out the water completely? Bought one today but the mop is still loaded with water after spinning.
We are sorry for the issue you are having to wring your EasyWring mop.
Before wringing your mop, place the mop head into the wringer portion of the spin bucket and press down to release some excess water before spinning. While pressing the pedal, be sure to hold the handle loosely to
allow it to spin freely. We recommend pumping the pedal at least 10-15 times to wring out the excess water.
