TOMATO JAM - A DELIGHT😋

This week I've chosen to make a delicious😋 tomato jam. Homemade jam always tastes good, whether for breakfast or tea with some toast.
For this recipe I used the following ingredients:
1.5kg ripe tomatoes (cleaned and drained)
800 grams of sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
1 pinch of cumin (optional)
2 tsp grated ginger (optional)
