I saw EXODUS from Firebird for the Commodore 64 last year at a finnish 🇫🇮 website. I even made a bid for it... and lost 😹. It is amazing, that Firebird brought so many games for the 8- and 16-bit home computers. The cover arts are absolutely amazing 😺👍... but as for the games - some of them are good 😺👍, and some of them are bad 😹👎. I still have these original Firebird game tapes for the Commodore 64: - CHICKIN' CHASE - RAGING BULL (Silver 199 Range) - COLLAPSE - BRAINSTORM (Silver 199 Range) - THRUST (Silver 199 Range) I also have PETER PACK RAT from Silverbird. Now, i really need some games from Rainbird 😹. And hey, your channel still deserves a big retrospective like 👍🕹️ from Vantaa, Finland 🇫🇮. 😺👍🕹️
Thank you for your kind words, Ari. Yes, some of the Firebird are hit or miss. You have a great collection of titles. I have a few Firebird titles, and they are great games. I managed to get hold of one game that was missing from my collection on the Silverbird label, which I had growing up, and that is Scuba Kidz. Took months to find. 👍🕹
@@garygillgaming It's amazing, because, last week, on Wednesday 6.3.2024, i saw SCUBA KIDZ (tape, Loose) for the Commodore 64 at a local retro game store in Tikkurila, Vantaa (Finland 🇫🇮). And the price was 34,99€ 😹! So, i thought: No, thank you 😹.
