Lol i love how real and authentic drew is. Just being a freaking dork with the blender and going with it.
Two of my favorite chefs cooking one of my favorite dishes and so simple! I can see why Drew was so excited about this. I'm a fangirl too!
She isnt a chef
The type of world collision I was looking for today 😍 love Drew's show, love David, LOVE Priya!!!!
I freaking love this!
That was so stupidly easy! I friggin love it! Culinary chef status now! Boom! LOVEEEEEEEEE
Priya is always a favorite of mine!
Wow this was made last night for my Bday it was so darn good and easy to make.. it will be on our top 10 recipes in our home! Thank you!
Thank you for these accessible recipes!
No, because I love cacio e pepe and have tried so many times to make it at home and it is so damn hard to get it right. This method seems really interesting and it looks like Iwill finally get cacio e pepe at home!!!! Love them too
I looooove Priyaaaa
I love this cooking philosophy
Love her ❤
YOU’RE DOING GREAT SWEETIES!!!
My fav chefssss yesss
I am just here to read comments from Italians
I literally started writing a cookbook with no measurements. I was two minutes too late.
It’s ok, I hope you find success with your cookbook
OMG amen 🙏 finally experts distilling AND speaking the TRUTH
Where do I get the recipe?
I was at this show😀
How many weeks ago? She pre-tapes.
@@annerchisline9641 this was almost two weeks ago and my face was shown so I’ve been waiting to see 😁
@@madgemackles4337 Thanks for replying! I follow another page on youtube and the guys who run it were interviewed so long ago and their segment hasn't aired yet.
@@annerchisline9641 Ohhh gotcha. They also did an impromptu with this chef and all she did was change her outfit
I headed straight hear to get this pasta recipe, I missed it after the cheese 🧀 was blended 😋
I don't see it being much harder without the microwave! Am I missing something?! Just silly
oof, that non-hug at the beginning was awkward
Nah, everyone is doing that virtual hug stuff during Covid. It's to be expected.
How to murder pasta 🍝 😂
this seems more hassle than doing the authentic way
Clean the cheese from the pot or from the blender - chose your poison. Or, toss everything back into the pot to keep it warm and clean both...
We think that because we're not nervous about cooking, but I can see how some people might find caccio e pepe intimidating and I think this book is aimed at those people

Hi beautiful
What am I watching
It's really a mystery how this show got renewed for yet another season. She's brutal. When she talks, you feel like there should be a psychiatrist on hand.
I'm sorry... I'm Italian... I can't see cook cacio e pepe in this way...
This is not Cacio e Pepe. He probably uses cream in his Carbonara too. 😐
You totally missed the point then
@@whatmodern For me it's not the technique it's the inclusion of olive oil to aid emulsification. Yes it makes the dish easy but it's not authentic and the flavor is changed by the olive oil.
@@JaredCastello You missed the point
@@JaredCastello Ok
Fan of everyone. Terrible approach on all fronts.
