- A former student of Loordippa Kurukh school, Bhagitol, Block Dumri, District Gumla is studying in America from two years back. After passing out from Loordippa school he had been studied at Ranchi, than Chinnai, Bangalore and Malda of West Bengal. Nowadays he is studying theology and law from a University of USA.
He has left his native place 10 years back and continue engaged to studying higher education. But he never forgot his village and mother language Kurukh, He has always been touched through phone calls with his Indian near & dears as well as his friends.

Great journey though. Certainly he is an inspiration to many Kurukh people. After listning complete video, I want to give my point of view on it. Definitely he is a talented guy but that doesn't make it easy for him to get to the place where he is today. He must have been through hard situations when he had to take difficult decisions for his life.
What I believe is he choose to be a different person and took decisions which paved way to discover his passion and opportunity begin to come alog his way. Here his decisions help him break barrier and his passion, zeal, enthusiam, hard work and consistent learning attitude took him to where he is now.
Here I put question for you to think.
What if he had followed Kurukh rituals (ancestral beliefs - "Sarna" precisely ) and would have not choosen christianity? would he have been reached so far? There are two different perpective of saving culture. i) Save ancestoral Kurukh/Oroan culture as it is by continuing Sarna belief inclusively. and ii) Move on from Sarna and save all remaining things as Kurukh/Oraon culture exclusively.
Facts:
1) He willingly joined Christian society who actually sponsored his studies as what I can understand from this phone discussion.
2) Got trained by the same society at different places and finally got to go to study Bechlor in Theology & Law from Santo Domingo University, Dominican Republic, South America.
3) Probably he will be serving mankind around the world under the flagship of same christian society.
My opinion : Give Education the up most priority over anything.

Great thought sir,. He has reached highly respected position, even that I seen he is egar to know our people, our mother language and our cultures. This is the reason he has been connected with near & dears, friends, and all of us. He has great moral value for all mankind.

With due respect to Alois Kujur, Whoever is coming out of his/her comfort zone is significantly acheiving success which is not possible by staying at native place. People have been migrating from last many generation in search of better life. I'm sure they also love their dear one's and their family but the concern is that because of staying away from native place and native environment it is very much difficult to transfer the knowledge and cultural heritage to the following generations.
For example if any child is staying in other state or abroad with his family where he is surrounded by people of other culture and dominantly speaking any other langauge. How can he get to know about his own cultural heritage when there is no documentation and promotion available? I see many Oraon children don't know Kurukh language which is supposed to be their mother tongue. Only because there is no way left for them to learn about it. All of they learn few things when they visit hometown for some purpose or vacation. Which is in my opinion not sufficient to grasp or learn such antiquated traditional culture and language.
