Great lady with the right attitude. Living off the land gives you the right perspective on life. Today's society is too far removed from the land.

She is part of the "fly-over" portion of the country that the west coast and east coast folks don't know and don't understand. But she is what's left of what made this country what it is now. The people who hard work, their determination and love of the land are the root characteristics of America.

Hard, honest work. Best people, best way to live as far as I am concerned. Got lots of family who farm and ranch. You have to be able to to do it all. She is not kidding.

Love your video .I use to farm and I sure understand what your saying .People from the city really don't know where their meat or milk comes from really. When I did farm I had a couple visit my farm and asked when you take a steak from the cow can the cow eat after I didn't know what to say to that they were city people very sad that they had to ask that question .So I told them the truth of what happens .They stopped eating beef after I told them pretty sad what this world is like . I sure love your farm great job !!

City person, here. I have so much respect for everyone involved in agriculture. SO much. Enjoyed most of the video, right up to the point where she disparages people who “don’t know how to grow a carrot.” Well, I do, in fact. And, her caustic generalization of urban people is every bit as offensive as the comments from those who slam rural folks as out of touch and stale. I’ve heard both. Both are wrong. If you’re going to talk about the spiritual connection you feel with the land, honour that connection by not slamming a bunch of people who, although do not work with the land, are still God’s children, and are not against you.

generalizations are never good. I certainly didn't say all urban people or truly mean that in a literal sense . I am not a politician just a failed human like the rest . I usually think if the comment doesn't apply to you it shouldn't cause offense . Thanks for supporting agriculture.
