@@wedgeantilles4712 I thought as much? To me they just looked like game winning goals. But not even particularly exciting ones. I just don't understand why they'd fall into a top 5 list.
They are game winning goals... Well, since most matches are won in ordinary time and the golden goal rule only happens during major tournaments such as world cup, Euro cup and the Olympics. It doesn't actually happen that often. And no one ever claims a goal need to be exciting to be enjoyed.
@@wedgeantilles4712 You are wrong. Golden Goal rule has been abolished. It meant, in knockout rounds of tournaments, If 90 minutes of a game ends in a tie, and teams will play extratime (30 minutes) , the team who scores a goal, will win the match (sudden death). Golden Goal means the game ends, even if their is time left on the clock.
Now this has been abolished. 30 minutes of extratime will be played to the end.
