I thought he would inslut PIA but he did not. Also the video was taken at Karachi Jinnah Int'l (KHI/OPKC). And yes the airport does operate flights during heavy rain and floods. Edit: Its not an A300 its an A320-200 we retired the A300 2 decades ago
