I also have the same question as the other viewer. Should I extend the left soulder and flex the wrist at the beginning ? (at set up) or at the top while transition happens? From your drill it is at the start itself , but pro golfers seem to do it in transition. Please advise.
The left wrist flexion represents the impact position. The timing to perform it can be at the address, at the top, or during the downswing-it doesn’t matter.
Thank you for your comment. If you want to increase the height of the ball, try positioning the ball further to the left in your address, and make sure to swing through firmly to the left on the right side of the ball.

個人的な感覚ですが、バレーボールの手首を右に向けたアンダーレシーブ気味でいいでしょうか?
結果としてそのイメージで良い感じに打てるようであれば全く問題ありません😀
