There is a video on “how the wrist really work” the concept is to flip the wrist. It shows many pga pros is doing that way. Is there something that they do that makes it work?
That sir is quite possibly the most important explanation I have ever seen or heard! Explains why I hit a heavy 8 iron 172 yds. carry one day out of the blue. My normal distance is 140 max carry 8 iron swinging similarly to the way you described. (Wrong way!) No wonder I get so frustrated with a lack of distance!
Does 'right antebrachial muscle pronation before impact' match with B type swing(Rory McIlroy)? Golfers who swing in A type look like to pronate right forearm after impact.😅
B1 types like McIlroy pronate early at impact. No matter what type of golf you play, there are movements that you need to do, and you have to practice to find the best answers.
Thank you for your advice. I wasn't actually conscious about when I was pronating my right forearm. Now I have to practice precisely when to pronate my right forearm while maintaing hand foward impact position😁😁

Not sure how to make ball contact this way…supinate…pronate? Do you consciously rotate forearm on down swing or let centrifugal force rotate club head?
I'm new at this but since I started whipping my wrists through (consciously) that ball has really started taking off. But there is the matter of timing it so you hit the ball squarely, which I think just comes down to reps/practice. Good luck!
Amazing that this super important part of hitting a golf ball with power is overlooked by people giving instructions. Or they'll say "release the club"...which means what?? Just tell people to whip their wrists over!

前腕の「回外」→「回内」ですね。前腕の回転がどこかで逆転するということですね。これまで意識してませんでした。

When I do supination and pronation my forearm, I pull the ball and it hooks it. What do i do? How to improve timing?
