I'm using 32 bit windows 7 to run the openmodelica
software
this error appeared as I opened the openmodelica

And when I write a simple tutorial program.. this

Can Modelica be used as a programming software, similar to Niagra , where i can program HVAC control and download it to a controller ? Or is it strictly simulation software ?
