I’ve got to learn to strum funk like this. I have only tried it a few times having trouble maintaining my pick with the rhythm. I may try a medium thick pick.
Right on! Yeah it's all in be able to count the 16ths you want to be able to say out loud 1 e + a 2 e + a 3 e + 4 e + a and start having your strum hand move back and forth constantly. What pick are you using now?
@@shawnbrisbon9304 Completely relaxed. No tension. The fast strums are all in the wrist not the arm. Don't death grip the pick hold it loosely, just enough to have it not fall out of your hand.
