I think this is the best version of “Holmes” in any media I’ve seen I just love how he seems like a doofus from all his eccentricities but underneath is a brilliant,calculating and hilariously funny individual it definitely makes for an absolutely amazing character that one just can’t get enough of seeing…and he has incredible taste in fashion 👀

Probably right as Iris was about to get some shut-eye, too." they have it on his image gallery on the wiki btw, just careful with spoilers if you decide to look for it!!
There is also a small nod to Holmes's usage of cocaine with how Sholmes describes his caramel in this case. A seven percent infusion of it to be precise, referencing Holmes using a 7 percent solution of cocaine to stimulate his brain when he wasn't on a case.

The reason for why this case had you click on the very obviously highlighted items, is because the game used to be on the 3ds, and then you either turned 3d on or crossed your eyes (Which I loved). But it seems like they changed it here to not have the need to cross your eyes. Pity.
They didn't actually remove it. The game offers you three options at that point. If you choose to directly point it out, it will have you point out the item from the two photos side by side and you will need to cross your eyes yourself to find the difference. If you choose to present the stereoscope instead, it turns into this. It's basically just the accessibility option for people who can't do the cross-eyed thing.
Watching this a year later and finding out the reason the part where you pick out the music box is so laughably easy is because these games came out on the 3DS first, so this part had the desired effect.
Also, I love how the sheer amount of weird/punny names in the Ace Attorney universe means that a guy can give "Eggert Benedict" as a fake one and NO one, in-universe or out, bats an eye.

I like to think the main reason Van Zieks permitted us the 5 minutes to talk to Sholmes was because Gregson was opposed to it.
