I am an actor and content creator with Hollywood credits including roles on Lucifer (Netflix), Starlight Christmas (Hallmark), JT Leroy (Universal Studios), etc. In this channel, I offer insight to Kpop performances using my 10+ years of training in dance, acting, singing and overall performance. In dance, my forte are contemporary and musicals and have done most of my performances in theatre. @@SweetCeciliaD I think it’s to do with the birds you see around him during the mv? And he’s a symbol of purity I think Seonghwa said like a type of bird….. lol this may make no sense I’m just trying to recall what I read
@@SweetCeciliaD actually its like how all the birds are free in the mv, and birds eat bread. So it shows that yeosang is like those birds who have recieved freedom. In context of the ateez universe it means that yeosang has gotten freedom from halateez (like how he was trapped in a cage or mirror thingy in say my name mv). Since the chromer broke in deja vu (at the end) it shows that he escaped halateez and with signifying the bread shows that he is like those free birds

I've been missing freestyle Mingi
Everybody forgets that he is a main dancer also ): my boy need to be recognised by his dancing skills! His moves are literally so cool! He is a laid back dancer aside from Yunho and Wooyoung, I would say. He is known for his freestyling!
your realization at the end made me laugh so hard, yes they performed this at the kingdom finale 😭 and in my opinion it was the winning performance actually that day in the finale
I kinda thought they would win too to be honest. I did feel that overall this was a lot cleaner and a lot more epic than the Wolfgang performance. Maybe Stray Kids just has a bigger fanbase, or at least they might have just got more votes? Idk. Still happy for Stray Kids winning tho, and if the overall rankings were released I feel like Ateez would have gotten second for sure.
@@chronosclaimsall yea solely judging by all the stages, ateez definitely deserved the first place on kingdom. i watched the whole show, every grp were good but ateez really were outstanding, the best of the best. they gave us 5 mind-blowing, banger performances. it's just that atinys are still a comparatively small fandom and we couldn't out vote the others :( i'm solid ateez would've won if the show was more based on judges than fans
It was because of Stray kids that ragged me to watch Kingdom and I just knew about Ateez from that and realized that Stray kids had a strong competitor. Then researched more and realized Ateez's music company is relatively smaller than all the other teams that they entered this competition and really pull out everything they got. And now I am a fan and researched their news every day. I was happy when I knew Stray kids won, but then after watching all the episodes and judging again, I am now upset that Ateez lost. I checked the reason was mostly the Global voting was low compared to Skz which really can't fight against at that stage. And the performance of Ode to the Joy came last from judge vote that I saw most people leave a complaint about it. But seriously, they have won more fanbase after the show and also they also showed their kindness and friendliness towards other teams like Stray Kids, which can grow their fanbase bigger and bigger. So for me, they lost the competition, but they won fame in the end.
We think there will be random members assigned on the freestyle part for every stage.

San and Jongho: The Real - Kingdom Stage
Mingi and Wooyoung: MV
Hongjoong and Seonghwa: Immortal Songs (on Dec. 25, based on twt)
Yunho and Yeosang: MAMA 2021 stage

Mingi is actually one of ateez's main dancers along with wooyoung and yunho, he did pretty great on free styling since predebut but maybe because he has been on a long hiatus you might missed his presence in ateez at the point you said you never knew mingi could do those moves

this MV was everything we needed! I saw on Twitter that the book Mingi is reading is about morality, so it's like their morals and beliefs are what's protecting them and making them strong; that aside, this song was teased at the end of Fireworks and first released for Kingdom's finale and appeared at the end of Eternal Sunshine too, and this version seems to have added traditional instruments in the instrumental! Yeosang was trapped somewhere else and instead of normal nice yeosang coming back, hala yeosang came and he’s pretending to be normal yeosang, he also symbolizes peace here that’s why when he came they stopped fighting and started dancing together that also explains the bread thing because birds eat bread and they symbolize peace wow i said yeosang so many times but yeah i hope that makes sense. ATEEZ THE LARGEST IN THE INDUSTRY, DOES ANYONE WARN?!, THANK YOU ATEEZ FOR THE WORK OF ART AND KISSES FROM BRAZIL..👏👏💋💋💋🎽

The mv actually reminds my of a Japanese movie "high & low the worst" and I love it. I recommend it and its on netflix, especially if you like fighting movies.

Mingi and Yunho were supposed to join a dance crew before they debuted.
From what I understand, the final dance was freestyle, at least Mingi's part, maybe Wooyoung's too. It's hard to tell what they'll do in dance practice and the live stages because so far every incarnation had a different pair dancing there (KD - San and Jongho, MV - Mingi and Wooyoung, MAMA - Yunho and Yeosang, upcoming Immortal Songs - Seonghwa and Hongjoong).
