Just water, salt, flour❓️I cook this bread on weekendsI've been doing this every weekend since I learned this method❗️
A simple and delicious recipe that anyone can make.
Recipe and necessary ingredients:
300 miles of water
8 g of salt
450-500 g of wheat flour
50 g of butter
100 g oil
Intermediate materials:
250 g of minced meat
an onion
Spice of your choice
Cheese

Mix the ingredients. The amount of flour may vary depending on the quality
Add wheat flour in a controlled manner
Knead the dough well for 2-3 minutes
We make a soft dough
that does not stick to the hands. We cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes
Divide the dough into 12 parts
Roll each piece into a ball
We open each piece to the size of 15 cm
Mix butter and 1 glass of tea oil
We grease them
And we rest for 30 minutes.
We fry a little oil and 250 g of minced meat, 1 chopped onion
salt and pepper and let it cook for 1-2 minutes
Carefully knead the dough
We fold the dough. We prepare other doughs in the same way
We make the folded dough a little bigger, cut it like in the video and add the filling
We put minced meat in one corner and cheese on the other side
