It is possible to translate only part of the words. The speech of one person sounds illegible. The second person repeats the phrase several times: "Gospodi, Bozhe moy!" ("Oh God, my God!")
At the end, the speech of the first person becomes clear. He says twice: "Vse vstayom!" ("We all get up!"). I do not know whether the literal translation is correct. In Russian, this is a call to action.

It was staged. They said it was caught by a home surveillance system. Those don't move around, and shake, and zoom in and out, like a camera held in someone's hand. Also, after the guy gets her into the van and closes the door, she had ample opportunity to open the door again and walk away.

The flashlight can be something really simple. I had a professor that likes to play pranks on his coworkers , he used to play with the switches of flashlights sometimes makes mores sensible or not which could make something similar to this random light being set on/off.

#8 is bull! When that door "shut on its own", I could tell he used a jumpcut. He probably also just pushed the rocketing chairs leg to make it start moving. Finally the spirit that was seen at the end, is every stereotypical ghost photo out there. The voice that could be heard, I actually don't know what that is. Also remember these are just my theories.

09. I have to agree with the authorities. I LOVE cryptozoology, but I've had my heart broken too many times. Probably a primate of some description.
08. Special effects. More often than not when the photo/video is THAT clear and looks like every other "apparition" I've ever seen, editing is the answer.
07. Even without wind, there are ALWAYS currents of air (unless you're in a total vacuum), and it looks like it was stuck in the rafters, then floated down.
06. I'm assuming they mentioned Florida because of the Baker Act. That's the most plausible explanation. Mentally ill woman who may be a danger to herself or others.
05. Wireless rheostat would be my guess (could even be wired since the footage isn't exactly HD).
04. It wouldn't sell the "ghost" angle if they just used one piece of string, but one on either side would look a lot more convincing.
03. Of course, they could doctor the footage... especially when they're using software which can be coded to give you specific results.
02. Faulty equipment, doctored software, misidentified shapes. Pick one.
01. I've seen this one a few times. It's either drugs (most likely), or she's possessed... Just kidding, it could be a film project.

Take another look at #1. Whatever's on the floor near her that she kicks to the rails, it comes back to her on its own. Idk if you saw it since you didn't mention it, but that's what has confounded me.

the first one was really interesting.
At the beginning those things thats are chasing him doesn't look like human a bit more as in how they are kind of bending over and if they are human or zombie or whatever it seems like they still have intelligence as how they cornered him surrounding him so he can't escape.
So for #15. If you pay close attention to the way the "crazed people" run it's not in a normal way either. Their backs seem more hunched as their arms move in a weird way. As to me. The guy running from them seems to miss all his shots too. And at the end of that small video they finally surround him and rip him apart, while alive. You can obviously see the blood everywhere and it's terrifying yet makes you wonder what the fuck is happening. I should have taught myself better Russian to understand.
You also can see when they rip him apart it seems as his head was ripped off, an arm and most likely another arm or leg. But when the head gets ripped off you see one of the men seeming to lift the head over his face or mouth then one other person grabs the dead body and runs.
