Thanks for the comment, so true. Everyone that has seen the bike in person loves the cans. Few like the single exit but I love the twin on a big bike like this. 👌
Congratulations, you won’t be disappointed. Only comment I would raise is if you want a full system, don’t get the R77 as Yoshimura are not looking to manufacture the rest of the system. 😢
Fantastic sound mate. Thank you for posting the video. I’m sold. As soon as I pick up my new Hayabusa, I’m ordering those cans. Aesthetically they make the bike even more appealing. Cheers mate.
I have the Hepta Force on my '22, which are the Japanese version of these ones. Man, no video does justice on how bassy these freakin' pipes are. Even with ear plugs my inner ears tickle. Perfect sound for me. Wouldn't want them any louder.
I have these on my bike and the only thing I with yoshimura would have done is either make the shield longer to cover the lil connector pipe or make it already black. For some reason it really bothered me seeing that raw pipe and I painted mine black. I think it made it look much better!
Thanks for your comment, when I PPF’d the car I had the chrome wrapped in gloss black vinyl. You can also opt for STEK DynoBlack PPF for added protection & lasts longer. 🤝
I want to but Yoshimura does not make a 4 to 2 decat header pipe. Can only find Black Widow that apparently doesn’t sound great with these cans or AliExpress…?
No no no not slip ons they don’t do the bike justice at all I got a Brocks full titanium for mine bypassed the 02 censors with the harness they supply and OMG it’s taken the bike to over 200 HP and if you think slip on cans sound ok your only fooling yourself yes very expensive but well worth it then you’ll see what a Busa really is
Just sounds like stock mate. This is why I’m keeping my stock silencers on - to be honest I like the look of the stock cans. I haven’t seen any after market set up that looks better than stock - esp from behind.
Personal preference & an iPhone video doesn’t do them justice. Definitely a deeper note in person & the positive comments from fellow riders 👌I’m also less concerned with filtering as the stock cans really do protrude out & in Sydney traffic & small lanes, isn’t ideal.
@@benwoodruff4466 understandable re iPhone. What made you go for these rather than the Akras Ben? Of course, the weight saving is a factor too. Do you notice that weight loss when pushing the bike around?
@@neilcollinson281 Both were difficult to get hold of due to availability at time of purchase but i prefer the look of the black onyx, they look similar in colour to the front forks and in the sun they look great. Weight saving isn't noticed considering even with the reduced weight the bike is still over 250kg.
Well they give little increase being just the cans but after the flash & custom dyno it’s running 184whp & 115nm torque. Stock only put out 162whp, remember to add around 15% to these numbers if your looking at BHP. 👌
@@chinmayn73 I’ve just realised this, their still producing the stainless steel R-77 but appear to have ceased the black onyx which is crazy as they look great on the bike. 🤯
The only reason to buy slip ons is that you have a street legal bike. This is a great advantage, especially in some European countries. These Yosihs are not. I recommend the Akrapovic Titanium. They look better quality and the carbon heat shields fit much better. With a little skill you can easily remove the mufflers if you want.
@@Sjsiisnwbe Black Widow do one from the headers you might consider but will likely effect the torque even with tuning but will sound a tad more throaty. The black onyx cans are now discontinued but I’m sure a local shop will be able to source them for you. 👌
Exactly. Just installed on mine. Love the way they sound and the way they look. Makes me want to ride more!
Thanks for the comment, so true. Everyone that has seen the bike in person loves the cans. Few like the single exit but I love the twin on a big bike like this. 👌
Just ordered these. Pick up my 2023 all black next week. Excited would be an understatement. I just wish the riding season wasn't about to end!

Agree, many opt for a single exit, personal preference I suppose but imo a big bike like the busa needs a double can. 👌
@@benwoodruff4466 Totally agree. The symmetry of the dual cans gives the bike a stronger presence IMO!

How did you blacked the crome trim near the Hayabusa logo?

You should decat the bike too, if I didn’t know that the exhaust was modified, I’d think it’s stock

This should be decat… nod loud enough
Thanks for the vid Ben, going to pick up mine now. We're they easy to install?
Thanks for the watch, your very lucky if you can get a pair as they have stopped making them. Easy install just take your time. 👌
Amazing where can I buy it ?
Sadly they were a limited run in the onyx black, you can still get them in stainless steel but I’d consider their full system.
where did you have the eco flashed ?
BC Performance in Sydney. 👌

Is this the onyx edition?
@@chinmayn73 Yeah, Onyx cans with Carbon Fibre Caps. 👌
Any polish issues with the onyx edition colour and polish?
No, very easy to keep clean. Must say I haven’t needed to polish them, just a regular wash & dry they’ve always come up nice & shiny.

My Honest opinion..
They are the best looking system, but my $50 Ebay cans sounds way better..
Sounds like stock, this should be a decat system…
System definitely sounds better in person but agree it could be louder, unfortunately Yoshimura do not offer the whole system with the R77 cans.
@@benwoodruff4466 i saw some people who added a decat link pipe. I think im gonna get the r77 and just decat it with a midpipe

Personal choice regarding sound, definitely deeper in person but I feel aesthetically it looks a lot better.
