I like watching this kind of stuff and i can never find a video that i was talking about till i found yours so thank you for filming this cruise experience and i have been on this ship 2 times as a 10 year old and a 6 year old but im still a 10 year old

My young son is currently cruising on this same ship to Vanuatu and of course he is enjoying his time on board. When he was younger I took him on four different cruises as an eleven year old, a twelve year old, a thirteen year old and a fourteen year old. So I guess he got hooked and is now organising his own cruises. Something that you can look forward to doing when you are older.

it was not for awhile but they changed it bk awhile ago in USA so why stop just because its here. I mean mean you shop and touch items others have touched dont you?. no difference .. besides they make everyone wash their hands before they enter and I mean everyone
we got off the ship on the 16th. was a fantastic ship. If you havent been on t, be prepared, its huge and you will do a lot of walking . I loved the ship and it handled the waves like butter, it was amazing.. I would go on her again. She's only 6yrs old too so very new to the fleet
Yes indeed! We were on her maiden voyage from Adelaide to Sydney to test it out and we did have some rough seas but the ship handled it very well. We had some rough seas out of the Sounds and she just glided through the waves (see my video Ovation of the Seas Stormy Seas). I grew up with the classical passenger liners of the past and travelled to and fro from Holland to Australia on a couple of occasions and consequently ships became a passionate hobby of mine. And as much as I love the lines of the passenger liners of yesteryear I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise experience on Ovation of the Seas for the second time and in particular having a balcony (which I chose) with views over the lifeboats and the Promenade Deck and just to gaze out to sea and listen to the action of the ocean against the ship's hull etc. I am not a drinker so I didn't hang out at the bars but walked all the time and filmed as much as I could to produce all the videos that I have uploaded (and still more to come). Enjoy!
I’m taking my wife on an Alaskan cruise on Ovation this June and then am booked again on the same ship (in the exact same cabin, even) for the Massive 18 night Sydney to New Zealand to Tahiti to Honolulu Transpacific in April 2024…Absolutely Cannot wait! This ship looks Very nice!

you have too have proof you have had them though. I just came off this ship be4 they went on and we had to have a PCR TEST OR RAT TEST .(RAPID ANTIGEN TEST within 48 hrs of travel. ) its the australian guidelines atm. You have to have a copy of your tests also either on your phone. other than that, enjoy :)
@@Bonstergirl1 Thanks Sarah. So if you had only two vaccines it’ll be OK? They don’t ask for three. We can do the RAT no problem. Hope you had a great trip!

Cool youve been on lots of ships ive been on two well 1 on the explorer before it got refurbishment and ovations of the seas 2 times

How many times have you been on Ovation?
We have done two cruises on Ovation of the Seas and my son is currently on this wonderful ship for a cruise to Vanuatu.
Great video thanks. We do this in January. Can you pls let us know what they wanted for vax status? Two vaccines in early 2022 will be suffice?

I'm doing that cruise in February. Did you have to get a PCR test as well? Or just the vaccination card?
No PCR test just a self administered RAT test.
i did the pcr but having the rat test is okay too
But you have to have one or the other here in oz
