Sadly the British crewed conventional cargo liners all but gone by 1983. Container ships took all the fun out of life at sea. Although my son is enjoying his time as a Super~Yacht Captain.

Seems quite common unfortunately. My wife was certainly looking forward to visiting KI for the first time as well as taking the tender experience.

This happened at KI also in January. Ruined my friends anniversary cruise ☹️

Adelaide! Adelaide! I was born and raised there...for the life of me I can't see what the city has to offer jaded tourists from around the world...the tour operators are scraping the bottom of the barrel looking for places to visit. Sure it has renowned wine growing districts and it's festival of arts...but otherwise it's a fairly dull place.
