Also I want to add that in order to forgive and love difficult people, it needs to be Jesus in us that is doing the loving and forgiving but it is impossible to do it if we are not being spiritually filled with things of the Lord. If we are dwelling too much in the flesh than it is impossible to love and forgive our enemies so get close to Christ and you will develop love for them naturally.
People are not the enemy, the spirit behind their actions are, but their actions are their free will. And people need to be held accountable for their free will choices against other people. People are not entirely blameless.
Thats why repentance, renouncing, denouncing, divorcing from those things are IMPORTANT!!! Binding it with the blood of Jesus Christ and then establishing a new covenant with God and ask him to wash you clean with his blood to be renewed ❤

We see absolutely NOTHING in the new testament about generatíonal curses or them being broken. Just about being dead in trespasses and sins and being quickened or made alive through the law of the Spirit of life in Christ. His Blood cleanses and restores and delivers and His Spirit enlightens and empowers renews and transforms. I've often wondered about this teaching of generational curses (coming from an abusive alcoholic background) and it's not supported in the scripture. When God saved me he made me a new creature. Old things are passed away and ALL things have become NEW! Thank you Jesus for your love, mercy and grace and the delivering power of the gospel of God!
Truly this was well said and a message for believers everywhere. It was so encouraging. One correction I will make is the point about generational curses. What you’ve explained about your grandma struggling with something , your mom struggles with it and then you struggle with it is learned behaviour, not a curse. We cannot be saved, free indeed with Jesus in our hearts and still have a curse over our family, that’s not biblical and it’s implying the holyspirit living in us isn’t powerful enough to over come it. As you said we can come against things in the name of Jesus and be freed from strongholds. But again, a stronghold is not a curse. I hope this is well received ❤

I heard something the other day and it mentioned how sometimes the enemy will make you recall offenses because he can’t predict the future he can only remind you of the past. Don’t get stuck in offenses, over come them, as Jesus over came the world.

Long story short, my biological father whose are more than 15 years old older than my Mom abandoned her at her early twenties pregnant with me. My Grandma has experienced the same story, and my Mom raised me with anger, grudge against my biological father. I just asked him for clarity over my family situation and this literally came out of nowhere and Emmy spoke about literally everything I’m going through, down to specifics. God is so good! this makes so much more sense now; i’ve been dealing with heart pains and the hospital i went to said i was good but then contradicted themselves saying there was something and then there wasn’t after doing a cat scan, and another hospital prior said i was healthy and now im realizing that panic attacks and anxieties have been talked down to me

While I was completing a chore, I had a small discussion with the LORD told Him that I dont want to continue hating and resenting my parents because it's clearly hurting me and I don't like disagreements. I also really appreciate my parents and my heart wants to love them but I find it difficult to. I was on WhatsApp and I saw someone share this video.
