She's wrong, though. Cringe is cringe, and trying to deny that what makes you happy is cringe is self-harmful. Acknowledge and embrace the cringe.
Now… I would personally find that kind of thing cringe. The thing is… That doesn’t automatically mean I dislike the person or am angry at them, it just means I personally find that particular thing awkward. If they enjoy it, by all means continue. I’ll probably continue to find it awkward, but if it’s what makes them, I’m not going to stop them.

As an OC maker myself, I'm gonna randomly talk about one of my ocs, because here seems like a good place to talk about her.
Her name is Puff, she's a dragon with thick fur, replacing scales. She has a humanoid build, no wings, small, stubby horns, and she's 5'11". Instead of breathing fire, she has fire powers, and I made her play guitar because I felt like it.
She has a backstory, but I don't feel like typing that now, so if you wanna hear it, you can comment, and I'll edit it.

She had fur at birth which caused people to exile because something was "wrong" with her, this led her to run away, and live in a little town and get a job eventually at a coffee shop because reasons.

This is purely a headcannon of mine but I like to imagine that when slushie isn't kind of pining over Bezel they actually have really nice conversations about fashion and since they both have a thing for suits Bezel actually conjures her a suit.
