Benzo & antidepressant withdrawal: severe mental symptoms | my experience

This video is about the extreme mental symptoms of benzo & antidepressant withdrawal/drug reactions. I hesitated for a long time to make this video because it is so disturbing and something I struggled with for a very long time. Please know that I am not affected by these symptoms anymore except in a wave which happens less and less as time goes on. I hope others will not feel so alone after watching this.
