Is it possible to do this seal if you only have blowing pressure on one side of the connection? For example if I was making a hammer and instead of popping the stem and can holes and matching them, could I put them together sealed, bridge it and use the blowhose on just the stem to pop the interior membrane? Thanks.
No that would not work, you'd end up blowing a bubble into the vessel that didn't have air pressure...you definitely need air pressure from both sides of the seal.
