Show Black Noir won't stand a chance. And the youtuber gave "prep-time" to Owlman. I don't think Noir's punches or heat vision can harm his armour. Also, the bullets of Owlman's plane was able to KO Superman, he can tank attacks from Wonder Woman and his owlrangs are superior to batarangs. In The Boys comics, it was stated a deadly nuke can kill all Supes, and Owlman with prep-time will create a deadly bomb that will absolutely obliterate Noir.
