Love your videos so mudh, Diane! We sure scrap similarly. LOVE the embellies you made here, ESPECIALLY the gorgeous and unique one you based/built on the fence! Oh my, l am making that one, l will use another fence l have on hand and go from there. The Iron Gate would be good as a base, too,l think. I also recycled a cookie tray with sections in it to use on my scrap desk as a spot to keep stash of embellie "parts/pieces" in. l can then easily use them for making embellies with. There are punched scallop circles in diff colours of CS, mini words I stamped on CS with my acid free inks in neutrals like black, navy, rich brown, etc... and trimmed out (words like memories, precious, sweet, discover, time flies, sharing, enjoy, together, family, love, etc...). I also keep a stash of cluster bases I punch and/or die cut from CS neutrals, including white. Sometimes l make them using small prints. Those are just beautiful, l loved how you did that! I also love to add banners to embellies, they are wonderful elements for using up scraps, as you mentioned. Your video sure got me thinking of my tool collection, and how some BMCs can be used more as cluster bases. Found a few l am going to try! Zebra stripe would make a cool base l think, looking at it. Building bricks border punch is another tool that would work!. Another idea: I often add anchors to clusters... CM has a perfect sized anchor punch, and they remind me of family roots and caring. ❤ :) Thanks again for all your wonderful videos. Always happy to watch your well-organized and productive posts. ❤ It is time well-spent! ~Ali (Nova Scotia ❤ Canada)
You mentioned powder to put on the back so banner doesn’t stick! What a great idea that I’ve not heard of before! Can you give brief explanation of how you do this?
Hi Regina, I use this powder tool, that was designed for taking off the sticky, here's the link:www.amazon.com/EK-Tools-54-04002-Powder-Tool/dp/B00DN66D36/ref=sr_1_3?crid=3ST41BDSEEYA5&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.-oNqIOFcoHSah5ppkxIZ5UAdzTudLcHnBXLkMT4rpsVvTSW6-OOIlJDPWll5qE5PI8P6WiUI5vi-QFwCXNNdkERKLiJU9X1Vyyws1t1nrXDf18QFIlhtMwI8vZOJpGfqS2M7WTbfPTDrkNlRI-HV8rZZUd-gxlgaklTZxD3i-B8kuCi0zp0nhYw9s5yxok2u9hz97glZqf0WEtZxOs85gNRpFv1DP_zmeu5n0oFBCh2RXCJhXtErXy6lbKCuOX2_nr_p6vl38SV4NEJ3dAnIkl_mBnSDZrNz_wi2qv6eijo.bMWHJPBmZgES_sC0dK6jRtWFGlZDKwbxgmK322AF-Ms&dib_tag=se&keywords=powder+tool+for+card+making&qid=1712161564&sprefix=powder+tool%2Caps%2C167&sr=8-3 But, I've heard several people use baby powder, or cornstarch, so it doesn't need to be that specific one. Mine has lasted a super long time.

Reat ideas! I enjoyed this video, going to yry these myself.
Love the frame!! All are beautiful and very usable. Thank you!
I agree, the technique can be used on a lot of layouts.
These are so beautiful. I cannot wait to make some of these for my layouts. And I love using my punches and tools. Thank you.
Same Regina, love using those tools, even if just a little is used or popping out of the cluster.
I like all the ideas but using the fence for a base is such a great idea; one I wouldn’t of thought of myself.
I love all these ideas and intend to use them soon!
Yay! I hope you do give it a try!
@@DianeGutierrezScrapbookingWill be doing some at my next retreat. So excited to try.

LOL, I just checked my original order for this, I purchased back in 2018, and it was half the price of what is listed today.
@@DianeGutierrezScrapbooking lol everything costs more now! Thanks for your reply
The last embellishment (file folder) if you changed the center to a circle it would look like a camera.
Oh ya, it would, great idea!! TFS
Where do you get your trays for embellishments?
Saw the tray at Dollar Tree
I get them at the Dollar Tree, my store was out of them for awhile, but I just picked a up new the other day.
Really enjoy your videos. Where do you get the gems that use?
I gather them for all over. :) Some come in the CM Embellishment packs, others I find at Joann, HL, even the Dollar Tree.
Did you say, "powder" to take away the stick?
