Am so proud of you for sharing your experiences and struggles with us I empathize with you because I struggle to take care of myself and practice basic self-care was born with Down syndrome which makes it very difficult at times but have a lot of love and support. I bet you do as well thank you

Hey Kelly! I really enjoyed this video! In the mornings I like to have time to do whatever and I go to school at about 7:30. So I try to wake up at 5:30 because I like time to drink a cup of coffee and watch TikTok in the mornings. I have to try to go to sleep earlier than I did in summer then. It's tough to do but I love it, I don't think it would be that easy for you... I'm a morning person and get a tad cranky if I wake up at 8 am
