Good job, compared to other latest projects by Sam,this one is 89/100 .. the staircase design has consumes lotts of interior space . But well that's what the customer wanted.
Thanks for showcasing. I feel 210 sqm could have com out with bigger spaces for rooms. Seems this project had hiccups with 47 investment. Couple of comments: Staircase consumed wider space bieng used as pantry or guest washroom, rooms came in tiny space, and cabinets are small, wasted space at the first floor staircase area. I wish they improve at their next project.

Beautiful house, but the fact that the door to the guest bedroom is at the the same line of view with the focal point is a no for me. Imagine watching TV halafu mtu anatokea mbele yako 😅
@@47investmentsltd that's really nice to give what client wants but I believe it's also a win to advice a client on a need how the property it will eventually look like
As someone from europe, I would give you guys a suggestion: stop putting a sink in the living room, i havent seen this anywhere in the world (south america, north america, asia, europe) , only in kenya this seems to be a thing. It looks really bad and it is completely pointless: IF you want to wash your hands, just go to the bathroom, or use the sink in the kitchen. dont ruin the house aesthetics with an ugly sink in the middle of the living room / in the middle of the dining area , or outside of the bathrooms, which i have also seen there in kenya. Also , one more thing i generally dislike about the house designs in kenya is the bathrooms: I dont understand why you make the bathrooms so small and generally speaking very silly mistakes in basic design, like toilets under the shower, wtf, or having no separation between toilet and shower are (a simple glass or courtain fixes this). From my time in kenya, everytime i went to a bathroom to shower, i had to then clean the floor because water would go everywhere. I see the same mistakes in all these houses promoted in this channel. In short: i would suggest check some bathroom designs from lets say any country in asia, check the philipines for example they have very nice bathrooms, and very cheap to construct. And stop putting a sink in the middle of the living rooms lol. Everything else seems nice in these kenyan houses. (Maybe rooms could be bigger if not every room has a tiny badly designed bathroom.) e.g its better to have a big nice bathroom to be shared between 2 rooms, than having 2 ugly tiny bathrooms in each room , which also makes each room smaller. my 2 cents!
I always like you projects but this one is a big no too me. From exterior colors and so many mistakes inside. I always learn one or two things from your videos but this one unfortunately I didn’t like it.

He is taking notes,
Its very important
Am in Tanzania i like your videos
Thanks so much
Does the 8.4 include the labour charges by 47 Investment?
Yes,
Not aesthetically pleasing, colours and tiles used are not ideal, but the price is ok.
The client wanted exactly that,
And thats what we delivered
Odd to have a washroom direct opposite dining area 😢
It was the client design and preferences
Sisi hatuna nguvu

How much did the owner get the LAND/SHAMBA for?

😂😂😂Alafu ni mtu hujui 😂😂
Btw,
Never thought of that,
😂😂😂
This house has not been done well...47 investments does some better job from some previous videos
This was the client design….
Mungai Kihara ni uraria wenga 😅😅
Haiyaaa….
Cheza chini😜
There is a wastage of space..staircase its in between space..would have been better if attached to the wall n give the dinning enough space
That’s concerning, agreed
He will improve on that
@@AfricanRealEstate nice..

47 have disappointed on this one. I really loved their kenyatta rd project
Really?
Improvements will be made in the near future
We design and build what you want based on standard finishes.Remember its not our choices to make but you as the owner to make
Mungai kihara do you have a cold your voice sounds funny
😂😂😂😂
Yes, i was homaad….
House plan is a no no
Wueh….
Tempted to agree,
Very nice insight
How can the common washroom be in view by someone at the lounge or living area, terrible design!!
I don't like the colours of the exterior though.
Too shady!!
