In the words of Markiplier himself: "You don't need to look both ways when you got swaaaaaaaaaaaag." Granted he was later hit by a bus, but the sentiment is there.
You forgot one element: In the fourt episode of season 1 in the song where he Steals the Crystal coconut,he mentioned that the only ape for candy and kongo bongo is him and that when he gets the crystal coconut he gets the Power.and in another episode where donkey and his friends were after a treasure hunt,he wanted to get the treasure before them and wants it to buy kongo bongo.and the episode where he suggest that rulership should be choice democratically, for the goal to became the king as well.all three episodes Shows that bluster kong wants to takeover the island just like king.k.rool wants.but different to k.rool he does it under society.he Plots his way of power and well always fails still get away with it.

Damn that is surprising deep. Blusher long is all kind of awesome
From Canada: You're Welcome.
Legends say that Leo Bluster is the only entity Kirby struggles to beat.
Imagine getting some "literally who" character like King K. Rool in Super Smash Bros. when we could've gotten Donkey Kong's greatest character, Bluster Kong, instead?
#BlusterKongForSmash #BlusterWasRobbed
Joking aside, this was certainly enjoyable to watch! Wasn't really sure what to expect when I clicked on this video.
I’ve just watched DKC and I find it genuinely and delightfully absurd.
Oh god, I had that VHS from the commercial as a kid. My grandparents knew I liked the Snes and N64 games and sent it. Damn, forgot that till now.
Your reviews always expand my knowledge! Good review as always.
This video has opened my eyes and mind, and now I see life in a different way.
Since the games let you resurrect dead Kongs from barrels does that technically mean Bluster's selling to the enemy?
Yeah basically
This might be my new favorite video on this website.
Can I just say, this show unironically had sone good antagonist with interesting character traits if you read to much into it , K rool the crock whos already considered a king by his fellow crocks still yearns for more and wants the crystal coconut to solidify that rule and scurvy a pirate who is dedicated to piracy and family , believing the Krystal coconut was his birth right , but twice has put that aside for honor and family .
"A unique form of children's entertainment" Donkey Kong Country walked so Bluey could run
at this point i cant tell if this is a jokey memey video or a geniune dissection of what makes bluster so good
I want Bluster Kong to be the antagonist of the next Donkey Kong Country game.
Your videos always manage to bring me to tears somehow and I praise you for it. Keep up the quality video essays, man.
Very appreciative of the Gaming in the Clinton Years acknowledgement. The statement is very apt for those who cannot see the true power of Bluster Kong.
Well, this video taught me something.
Bluster is love.
Bluster is life.
This is the kind of hard hitting video essay I subscribe for.
As an April Fool’s video, I appreciate you doing what I think is the best approach to the holiday, doing something silly and high effort instead of a mere prank shitpost.
As an actual video essay, you managed to get me legitimately invested in fucking Bluster Kong.
The thumbnail makes Bluster look more evil and intimidating than he ever actually was, and it reminds me of Andross as he appeared in Star Fox 64. In fact, if you put Cranky’s beard on him, he would look just like Andross.
I think this was suppose to be satire but...I agree with this 100%, holy hell.
Bluster Kong. The Kong with the most... Money? Bananas? He's rich. With some kind of currency.
Only thing he doesn't have is swag.
Leo Luster is just Bluster Kong with swag.
In the words of Markiplier himself: "You don't need to look both ways when you got swaaaaaaaaaaaag."
Granted he was later hit by a bus, but the sentiment is there.
I can't believe Bluster ended racism.
2:00 Fantastic Gaming in the Clinton Years reference.
Just want to note: I love how you established all this DK vibes by adding DK music from the games.
Edit: And you made me wonna watch this Show now :/
This video reintroduced me to this gem of a show from my childhood. So excited to watch it again! Thanks 😊
Leo Luster is Bluster Kong summoning his Persona at his darkest hour
You forgot one element:
In the fourt episode of season 1 in the song where he Steals the Crystal coconut,he mentioned that the only ape for candy and kongo bongo is him and that when he gets the crystal coconut he gets the Power.and in another episode where donkey and his friends were after a treasure hunt,he wanted to get the treasure before them and wants it to buy kongo bongo.and the episode where he suggest that rulership should be choice democratically, for the goal to became the king as well.all three episodes Shows that bluster kong wants to takeover the island just like king.k.rool wants.but different to k.rool he does it under society.he Plots his way of power and well always fails still get away with it.
*King K rool:* They didn't invite me. But It's not fair. Am I NOT more of a cunning enemy to Donkey Kong? 🥺🥺🥺😢😢😢😢
From the way you explained it, Bluster Kong sounds a lot like the Donkey Kong equivalent to Sherr Khan from Talespin.
So he's the reason Currency exists in the sequels
They should have incorporated Bluster into the game.
They *_kind of_* did just that *_*before*_* Bluster was even a thing - Swanky Kong - although the Kong character in the Donkey Kong Country video games was far, *_far, FAR_* less of a jerk than Bluster was in the cartoon show.
@@StevenVillman Swanky came off as more of a gameshow host/used car salesman type to me. Bluster was just an oily creepy, and it would have been interesting to see him working with the Kremlings.
Man I really had a good time watching this video! Mad props to you!
When i watched that cartoon as a kid, i always laughed at Bluster, because he looked like a nerd to me and had a funny voice. Now after recognizing his potential thanks to the analysis i wish the creators would bring him back as a badass rival for DK.
Actually the show also had DK 64 references, at least with the Crystal Coconuts being a thing.
The Crystal Coconut came from the show. DK64 adopted it as a nod to the show.
Eddie the mean old yetti is stronger than cosmic armor superman due to Eddie's 5th dimensional abilities
This is the greatest video essay ever made
Literally the second ever 3D animated TV series has the best character ever made in the entirety of fiction. 10/10.
I've been waiting for this
I remember watching this as a kid!
While I haven't played the SNES games, this was my introduction to the franchise
