A lot of these games don't age that well, but I must say this one was still a lot of fun. Spider-Man: The Video Game is one of the few movie related games that is really good. It's not a direct adaption of the 2002 movie, but it does have parts of it in the game. Most importantly Tobey Maguire and William DeFoe reprise their roles and add their voices to the game. Also a fun fact to note, these Spider-Man games were made by Treyarch before they started making Call of Duty games.
I definitely cut out a lot of the fighting since it isn't cinematic, but I added some necessary gameplay as well as some of Peter's funny dialogue. We hope you enjoy!

Finding out the cheat code that allowed you to replay the entire game as Green Goblin was one of the most exciting parts of my childhood. Spider-Man is just pure nostalgia.
Just discovered the man who voiced Vulture in this game made in 2002 came back to voice Vulture again in Insomniac’s Spider-Man released in 2018!

That Shocker mission was always one of my favorites as a kid
I was expecting him to have that same blast gloves in the spiderman 2 game, he was a bit menacing in the first game

I loved this spider-man game I've had this on PS2 since my childhood when I was 9 years old sure does bring me back memories, when I first had this I had difficulty doing the shocker mission avoiding his blast on the subway, but I overcame and won it. I still have this and play this game, god Tobey Maguire is the best behind the voice and actor to play as Spider-man ever hands down.

Spider-Man 2 was the best Spider-Man game. Tbh it's one of the best free roaming games I've ever played.
I still have this game on PS2 since I was 10 years old I remember I couldn't get past avoiding Shocker's blast on the subway,and the oscorp stealth mission sure do brings back my childhood memories.

Played this game at my cousin’s apartment, he had an old Sony TV with a PlayStation 2 and either Spider-Man or GTA III was inside the console.
I loved both games but never progressed further than the Shocker level as I was nearly 6-7 years old and had no clue what to do. Probably finished the first GTA III well over 50 times as well, I just wanted to drive around and cause havoc.

the final battle in the game is very better than the movie in the game the final battle taked place in the bridge and not in a building and goblin didnt managed to cut off spidermans mask

a time where some movie games actually had some effort put into them. but, yeah, most from those days did not age well. a few did, but the vast majority? eeeeeeeeehhh...... well..... let's just say there's a reason Destroy All Humans and Shadow of the Colossus were remade

Its better to use all the combo moves instead of the plain old three punches and kickes, whoever just uses that than using all the combo moves their ass is gonna have a hard time with defeating them baddies.
