@amels4620 I'm certain you meant Garvey. It wouldn't shock me at all cause I know exactly what the red, the black, and the green stand for. Unfortunately, many throughout the diaspora no longer respect a select group that fought for the liberation of all "colored people" globally, especially here in the wilderness of North America.
@amels4620 The meaning behind the Red, Black, and Green may surprise many others, but it will not surprise me. I was afforded the opportunity to learn about the RBG flag in elementary school. I don't just study American history or Black history, I study global history, so lucky for me, I happen to be versed in the study of all people, places, and things.
That's all well and fine and by definition I'm FBA, but that RBG flag was initiated by Marcus Mosiah Garvey. By FBA standards, isn't Garvey a "tether"? 🤔

Lord Jamar has been and still very influential to the hip hop culture. He knowledgeable and he continues to educate. He definitely needed and should be respected. With all due respect Math is a lil too young to reconize where he's wrong at. No one is saying that all the different nationalities at some point got along but before that it was gang beef. And the Latin kids were NOT part of the original creation of hip hop. Thats just a fact! In the late 60s and early 70s Puerto Ricans didn't like the FBA's and didn't even like hip hop. I stop messing with hip hop because of how the business, corporate white men, ruined the culture of hip hop. FBA's flag is represented via the Juneteenth flag and the Black American Heritage flag.....
@godbodymaat May I also add that Harvey's meaning/ dedication of each color the red, the black and the green would shock most of you!
