Thanks ma,I like the way you made the wrapped dress for top but what if I want to gather the lower part,do I need to put dart at the top? And why didnt u add zip?is it because the material is stretchy, cos I intend using crepe and which material is best if I don't use zip

Good morning. This dress is a wrap dress so it doesn’t require zipper. The front is open so u could get into it easily. Yes you can use crepe for this dress I did it before and it came out nice. You can ignore the dart on the bodice, but the dart give it a more fitting look, and that helps to let the fabric conform more to the body. You can also gather the Lower part and if u use this method you can ignore the dart.
