Assalam o alaikum. When you miss a roza in Ramadan due to a valid reason,you have to make it up later after Ramadan and that is qaza. The amount you gave in place of each roza is not kaffarah. It's fidyah and it's for those who are unable to fast later. Alhamd o lillah you are recovered from that reason, so have to complete the number of roza you missed later. What you paid will be as a good deed.Kaffarah when intentionally anyone break fast before iftar time with no valid reason has to keep 60 roza continuously or give fidyah for 60 persons meal. Please do rectify if I am not right.

Hello, try not using lysol, its a strong chemical and dont keep food in it. Long run its bad for you. Trying removing the shelf and washing it. Or wipe it with water and towel.
