Hello!! Sir my query is while reporting structural model the direct relationship between IV & DV is reported in presence of mediator or without mediator.... And while doing mediation relationship between IV&DV is reported again directly... Plz do help asi am stuck here

Why would you remove the mediator? no need. Just perform the analysis with mediator.

Partial Mediation can be Complementary or Competitive.
a*b*c' = Negative Path Coefficient is Competitive
a*b*c' = Positive Path Coefficient is Complementary
