Yes, but a moderator, modifies the relationship between the two variables. It either strengthens/weakens or sometimes changes the relationship between the two variables

I am a little bit conflicted as I want to examine if perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use affect online transactions and what is the effect of gender, age (categorical variable), and educational level on them, but I am not sure what is their relationship.
