I grew up spending my summers on the south shore of lake Penache . Back in 2004 , I dropped a big ten point Buck just south of Browns bay . I had an old scale that was used on my uncles farm but it didn’t seem too off . Field dressed he was 273 lbs and it took me 2 1/2 days to drag him out of the bush . Even if I had a four wheeler it would have been impossible to use it . There was wolves around the whole time but they didn’t touch the buck overnight . On the last day just before I got him into the boat I caught sight of one of the wolves ( I presume it to be a grey wolf) and he was really big and mostly black and some grey but easily twice the size of the hybrids you caught on camera. I am almost 60 and disabled with spinal injuries and really miss going out into the Killarney area. These videos bring back so many memories Thank you for sharing them
