IMO, the Sportster 1200 is the greatest bike Harley made. Just a pure simple motorcycle. I owned a 98, 95th anniversary edition. Unfortunately, I sold it years ago, but I'm thinking about getting a 2019 Sportster 48. Love the video and sound..
Thanks! I’ll do my best without dying or getting a ticket…I’m generally a pretty chill rider, but sometimes I let loose a bit. I’ll see if I can’t put that in a video sometime
As good as motovlog rides generally, btw on my headset, the great sound of HD not so out loud optimaly( may be the silencer wind too deep), whatever that it's great journey rides🤗
Found your channel a few days ago, been loving the videos. Looking to get a iron 1200 as my first bike soon. What is the thing mounted on your throttle?
Thanks for watching from Europe! I live in Central Arkansas in the USA. I’m just on the edge of a mountainous area so some roads are nice like this one
Yo I just hit 500 miles on my bike and I’m still struggling at right hand turns. Is that normal in the learning process? I down shift to second and stay at 20mph.
Yeah, take it at your own pace! Better safe than sorry 👍🏽 Don’t forget to practice parking lot stuff too. It probably won’t kill you, but you could drop your bike if you get out of practice on those basic slow speed skills
slow speed or at speed with counter steering? if slow speed learn trail braking turning your head where you want to go and being smooth on throttle and friction zones. if at speed for counter steering start slow and learn the balance of the bike doing counter steering practice in an empty parking lot also progressive braking is paramount to always practice and get great at all of it. we always revert to the lowest threshold of training in emergency so train it up to not be an issue in the first place. stay safe keep the wheels on the ground and the ass in the seat and have fun

Thanks dude. The 1200 really has that classic character while still being so much fun to ride in terms of performance
Great vibe on this ride. Love the exhaust notes on accel/decel. I have a '20 RG Ltd but it's nice to see a nimble Iron cutting up the corners
Have a 2018 1200 custom, love it. Put some Progressive shocks on it and WOW, love the ride. Absolutely no hard bumps anymore, just a sweet ride.
Just bought Burlys for mine. Had Progressives on my 883, and loved them, but wanted to try something different for the 1200.
Need to tell what the exhaust setup is for that great sound.
Stock mufflers with drilled baffles!
insane video, nice format and nice sound. Can you do the same with a faster riding pace? I would like to see what it looks like ridden hard

Thanks! It’s a throttle lock, basically a cheap cruise control
Wish sound quality wasn’t the GoPro mic. Otherwise safe ride and good views
Which state/area are you riding? I'm from Europe and this route looks very beautiful!

What ND filter do you have for the GoPro?
Legit the cheapest from Amazon for the GoPro 8 lol
Good ride, cheers...
Thanks mate 👌🏽

Very boring video. No shots of the bike as a whole. A waste of time !
Thanks for the tip Barry! 👍🏽
