Learn about why sugar and processed foods are addictive - and how food addiction can develop from eating these. Did you know that the condition can follow a progression of four stages? This talk will outline these stages and show why food plans can vary according to a particular stage of food addiction. There is no one plan that fits all - though in all cases, the common ingredient is NO sugar.

Quitting sugar+ UPFs = Freedom. Total freedom. I started sharing videos on my TH-cam channel about how our family of 4 has made this WFPB lifestyle work for us for the past 14 years. While my kids eat some salt in some of their condiments, we only have healthy foods in our home. I personally have been SOS free for years now. I just love it. I keep it super simple and my energy is sky-high.
