I know I’m not the only perrson who feels this way but the plot of speak no evil is so frigging frustrating… why why why would these people just let these things happen to them… and when they leave and get away from these ppl who clearly something isn’t right… they go back for the child’s toy!!! Than totally just let everything happen witout putting up any resistance… these ppl were hardly threatening they had no weapons and you just let them cut your child’s tongue out … what!! Than they tell you to get naked and go stand in a ditch while we throw rocks at you!!!! Seriously they literally stand there getting hit by rocks…. Holy shit !! How frustrating
My personal ranking for most anticipated: 1. Terrifier 3 2. Smile 2 3. Don't Move 4. Your Monster 5. Black Cab 6. Heretic 7. VHS Beyond 8. Haunted Ulster Live 9. Daddy's Head 10. Oh yes, spooky season is here! Sadly, we are having a heatwave rolling in and it's horrible, but still. I'm staying positive! :) I watched the trailer for Speak No Evil, and it made me mad. And sad. I kept yelling "but that's not how it supposed to go" over and over. I mean, the thing with the tongue? In the trailer! My oh my... But, on the other hand - I had incredibly low expectations for The First Omen too, and ended up really enjoying it, so here's to hoping! :) So many great tips here, thank you!
I loved The First Omen and I had zero expectations. It helped that I already had seen the lead actress in Servant, on Apple TV. I hope it cools off for you soon! 🌻🍁🍄
Incredible breakdown! Was not aware of a bunch of these but very interested in a lot of them. Salem's Lot finally getting released is exciting. Also very hopeful for Haunted Ulster Live. One I'm really looking forward to is Frankie Freako. Loved the absurdity of Psycho Goreman, and this one reminds me of the crazy 80s puppet creature movies.
Co-signed on wishing Smile 2 had been centered on Kyle Gallner’s character. Kyle is the scream king, and killing him off early on (as I’m assuming they do) is such a waste!
The one variable that makes the Rosemary’s Baby prequel promising is that it’s directed by Natalie Erika James, the director of 2020’s Relic, which was excellent.
The original speak no evil is extremely dark and terrifying 😳. I'm a horror junkie (not scared easily), and that movie literally stayed with me for months after watching it, lol 😆
i'm actually tempted to watch the 'salem's lot remake just for william sadler. i just recently watched devour and lost my mind seeing his name in the credits--his role wasn't big enough but that movie was such a mess in a good way that i didn't mind.
I am also populating a 31 days of Horror October watchlist. I'm in need of more Halloween centric with less gore choices. Any suggestions are welcome. Great work on your video!
James McAvoy is a fantastic actor and he looks quietly menacing in his Speak No Evil role. The Last Straw looks interesting. As does Azrael. But it's Terrifier 3 which is the one I'm really looking forward to.
Yeah, Frankie Freako is coming out soon from the director of Psycho Goreman and The Void. It was just announced and It's ready to go already. I watched an interview with the director and he said that since his Deathstalker remake was put on hold they made this whole other movie really fast. It just came together really well. He also said Ghoulies 3: Ghoulies Go To College was a huge influence on Frankie Freako! He's a massive horror and genre movie fan. I just watched his early movie Manborg on Tubi the other day. It's low budget but jampacked with horror, sci-fi and anime influences. I recommend giving that a shot. I think it's only an hour. And it's like the direct precursor to Psycho Goreman style wise, not story wise. It's a stand alone movie.
I'm excited for Speak No Evil solely because James McAvoy is in it and I can't wait to see him in that role. Other than that, I don't see why a remake was warranted so soon. But James McAvoy.....
I adore watching Megan Fox. I think she is so beautiful. She has a dark sense of humor, which I love. I just don't pay any attention to her real life crap. LoL
I was waiting on the Terrifier 3 trailer to hit last week I was stoked for it!🥰🔥 However I'm a huge a medical horror fanatic. I've loved watching American Mary, Lazzarus Effect, Dr. Carver, The Surgeon, The Nurse, The Dentist, Human Centipede. That's just to list some I've seen😍🩸💉❣️

Great video! Tons of movies I didn't know.
'Sleep' kinda reminded me of that film 'Blur' also set in haunted apartment. Both slowburn creepy.
A lot of those movies look great! Don't Move and Black Cab...
