Hey there! This is the last Valentine theme recipe for this year, it is a refreshing sparkling pink lemonade all from scratch...Well you can still use some pre-made items like store bought Raspberry syrup - we are not the food police XD. This is a light drink and it is a lot healthier than any normal soda which still taste fabulous. Sweet, mildly tart with extra bubbles and PINK... The cute color pink!! Oops going too crazy about pink but after all it's a valentine themed one. This looks good. I'm surprised you didn't use all club soda though. Any reason? Do some people not like it very fizzy?

Adding any amounts of soda is up to your preference but it is totally not ideal shaking soda with the lemons to make lemonade.

Normally, you'd use simple syrup (water +sugar) in the shaker but they added honey instead. The amount of water soda added is proportional to the space left after adding the lemonade infusion, which isn't much. It's true that shaking carbonated soda will take out the "carbonated part" lol.
